Terms and Conditions

Arrival time is 12:30 to 22:00 pm and departure by 11:30am, unless arranged otherwise in advance. Please leave your pitch clean and tidy, as you would like to find it and drive with due care and consideration at all times. 

Please respect your pitch allocations and help us maintain appropriate fire breaks between pitches. Additional guests and vehicles are chargeable, please check with the Site Manager first.

If you are using a tent or an awning please respect the boundaries and fire breaks of your pitch, and lift the groundsheet regularly or when asked to do so by the Site Manager.  

Noise to be kept at a considerate level. Please respect other's privacy. No noise policy will be strictly enforced between 22:00 - 07:00. Your children and dogs are your responsibility. 

Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from the site. You will be held liable for any damage on site, for which Watersmeet Farm will arrange repairs.

Well behaved dogs on leads welcome (please clean up after them) and respect this is a working farm with farm livestock onsite in surrounding fields. 

Recycling bins are provided. Please help us to keep the site tidy. Please seal disposable nappies and similar items in bags and place in rubbish bins provided. You may only empty the contents of your chemical closet in the indicated chemical waste point.

No outer packaging, unwanted stuff or broken mattresses, tents, toys, BBQs etc to be left on site. Please leave the site how you would expect to find it, and respect the surroundings.

Raised off ground BBQs and fire baskets are allowed, check with Site Manager first and please ask for bricks if required to raise your BBQ up off the grass! Limited numbers of fire bowls/baskets available to rent and fire wood/kindling for a nominal sum.

Electric hook ups are 16amp, but this may be less at peak times so please make sure all equipment connected does not exceed this. All plugs and equipment connected to the electric bollards are your responsibility from there on.
